Cookies and similar technologies
Section 03
This policy explains the use of cookies on www.transferpromadrid.com, the website of TPM Exclusive Experience S.L. (trading as Transfer Pro Madrid), in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
3.1 What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. Some are needed for the website to work; others, such as analytics or advertising cookies, are only set if you accept them.
3.2 Cookies we use
This is the complete list of cookies set by this website:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|
| cookieyes-consent | First party | Technical. Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask you again on every page. No consent required. | 1 year |
| pll_language | First party | Technical / preference. Remembers the language you browse in (English or Spanish). No consent required. | 1 year |
| _ga | Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) | Analytics. Distinguishes visitors pseudonymously to count visits and enquiries. Only if you accept. | 13 months |
| _ga_SJ05NLJM0P | Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) | Analytics. Keeps the state of your visit for statistics. Only if you accept. | 13 months |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) | Advertising. Lets us know whether a visit came from a Google ad and whether you then contacted us (WhatsApp, phone or form), to measure which ads work. Only if you accept advertising cookies. | 90 days |
The advertising cookie is only set if you accept it, with “Accept All” or by enabling “Advertisement” in the “Customise” panel. If we add others in the future, we will update this policy.
3.3 Other third-party services
The website also uses these external services, which do not set cookies but do receive some technical data from your browser:
- Google Fonts (Google): the website downloads its typefaces from Google servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch them.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): protects the contact form against spam and automated programs. It is necessary for the security of the form.
- Google Tag Manager (Google): a tool that manages the loading of analytics and ad measurement. On its own it sets no cookies and sends no browsing data until you accept.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you tap the WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp app or website opens and its own terms apply.
3.4 How to accept, reject or change your choice
When you enter the website you will see a notice with three options: “Accept All”, “Reject All” and “Customise”. If you reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no browsing data is sent to Google.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Consent Preferences” button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
- Apple Safari (macOS and iOS): Settings → Safari → Advanced / Privacy.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
3.5 International transfers
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. According to their own privacy policies, both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate safeguards for these transfers.
3.6 Updates and contact
We will update this policy whenever the cookies or services used by the website change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
For any question about cookies or to exercise your data protection rights, write to [email protected] or see our Privacy Policy.
